Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChatVLM and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Tensor AI Inc (“Tensor AI Inc”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at chatvlm.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the Service

6. AI-Generated Output

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate output. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Tensor AI Inc and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Payment

If the Service includes paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change our fees on reasonable notice.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensor AI Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tensor AI Inc from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
